Stock Movement Ledger for Odoo
Opening stock, every movement in and out, and closing stock, per product, location and period. For Odoo 19 and 20, Community and Enterprise. Needs only the Inventory app.
How did the stock get here?
Odoo shows what is on hand now and lists the moves one by one. It does not give you the ledger a storekeeper, a controller or an auditor asks for: what you had at the start, what came in and how, what went out and where, and what you have at the end, for any range of dates.
This module adds that ledger to Inventory, under Reporting. It is read-only: it changes no stock and no accounting.
What it does
One line per product, location and period: what you had, what came in, what went out, what you have.
Opening stock that is right
Computed from every movement before the period, so it is exact for any dates, even for products that did not move for weeks.
Every kind of movement
In: receipts, returns, production, transfers, adjustments. Out: deliveries, consumption, transfers, scrap, adjustments.
Day, week or month
Pick the period. Each period's closing is the next period's opening.
Closing equals on hand
Closing stock at today equals Odoo's on-hand quantity, location by location.
In the product's own unit
Even when goods arrive in boxes or dozens. Days follow your timezone.
Pivot, graph and PDF
Filter by product, category, warehouse or location, analyse it, or print it period by period.
