Shop Floor: Shift Output for Odoo
Which order, how much was made, and by whom, at the end of every shift, on Odoo's own Shop Floor screen. For Odoo 19 Enterprise (Manufacturing with Work Orders).
What the floor needs to know
Odoo's Shop Floor tracks time. A production floor also needs to know, at the end of each shift, how much was made, by whom and for which customer order.
This module adds that to the standard Shop Floor screen, without a separate app.
What it does
On Odoo's own Shop Floor screen: the order, the shift, the operator and the quantity.
Sales order on every card
Sales order, customer, ship-by and promised dates, so operators know what to run first.
End Shift
The operator enters the quantity made and any damage, in the operation's own unit.
Posted as partial production
Each shift's output goes to stock; components are consumed for that quantity only.
Damage becomes scrap
Damaged quantity becomes a scrap order linked to its shift.
Overproduction tolerance
Accept a run slightly over the ordered quantity, within a tolerance per company.
Shift log and reports
The log on the card, plus list, pivot and graph views and a consumption summary.
