Odoo Senior Developer

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team and enhance our Odoo ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either frontend or backend development, with the ability to develop and maintain custom modules, improve user interfaces, and integrate third-party applications. This position requires fluency in both Arabic and English and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (both frontend and backend) to meet business requirements.
• Enhance and optimize user interfaces and workflows to improve user experience.
• Integrate third-party applications with the Odoo platform to extend functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo applications and modules.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python, XML, and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo architecture and development best practices.
  • Experience with Odoo framework and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of Ubuntu (GUI and command line), PostgreSQL, GitHub, and Nginx.
• Language Skills:
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in English with good communication skills.
• Location: Must be based in Jordan.
